Taxability Studies
A taxability study will provide taxpayers with the added confidence that taxing decisions made on the products they sell and the equipment and supplies they purchase are correct. Clients that sell many different products in multiple states with differing tax laws can usually benefit from a taxability study to ensure that product X is taxable in state A, but exempt from tax in state B.
And, a manufacturer in multiple states with differing manufacturing exemptions can benefit from a taxability study to ensure that their purchases are properly taxed.
